Ingredients;
- 2 peppers {any colour}
- mints beef
- feta cheese 50 gr
- union {sliced}
- tomato passata
- mushrooms {sliced}
- ras hand spices
- Gently cook the minced meat, onion and ras hand in the pan.
- Whilst that cooks, half the peppers and decorate them.
- Set them in an oven proof dish (cut sides up)
- Cut a piece of tomato to fill the hole in the 2 pepper tops.
- When the beef is cooked, ladle it into the halved peppers top with the feta and the rest of tomato’s grill.
put it on the table and MUNCH!!!!
